Traffic Plan for Kits Point

Traffic flow through Kits Point is already complicated and congested, with its narrow streets having to cope with many more visitors than the average neighbourhood.
Kits Point streets are besieged by boaters with trailers heading to the Marina; beach-goers seeking parking; tourists visiting the Museum of Vancouver and Maritime Museum; theatre-goers attending Bard on the Beach; bagel-lovers shopping at Siegel's; cyclists traversing the sea-wall; musicians performing at the School of Music; owners taking their puppies to Hadden Beach; and more.
If ever a comprehensive Traffic Plan were needed, it is now, well before the impact of 9000 new Senakw residents are added to the mix.

Let us insist on a comprehensive Traffic Plan from the City of Vancouver, before any road through Vanier Park is contemplated.
